💳 Booking & Payment

A quote request does not book an order. We confirm your price and availability before payment.

Pay a 50% non-refundable deposit to book or pay in full upfront. After we send your design preview, the remaining balance is due within 3 calendar days.

Physical production begins only after full payment, any required design approval, and receipt of customer-supplied items when applicable. Late payment may delay your requested date.

🚚 Rush, Shipping, Pickup & Changes

Local pickup is by appointment in the Pittsburgh area. There is no walk-in pickup location. Contact Creative Customs before ordering to agree on a meeting place and time. Once approved, choose “Ship” at checkout and select “Pittsburgh local pickup — prior approval required.” This option does not include shipping.

For international shipping, request a quote before ordering. Include your country, city, postal code, items, quantities and needed-by date in the form below. We confirm destination availability, shipping cost and payment instructions before you book. International destinations are not currently enabled in standard checkout.

Rush availability, delivery fees and drop-off arrangements are confirmed before payment. One rescheduling request is allowed, subject to availability and approval.

Required for quotes, rush and rescheduling requests. Dates are subject to confirmation.
For clothing other than T-shirts, request iron-on or hand-painted customization. T-shirts are iron-on by default; hand-painted T-shirts require a separate custom quote and approval. Method availability and final pricing are confirmed for your item and design before payment. All order policies apply.
For items we purchase, the agreed item cost is included in your quote unless a listed price already includes it.
Providing your own items? Items must be clean and free of lint, lint balls, dirt and debris. Wait for Creative Customs to confirm acceptance and provide drop-off or shipping instructions before sending them. Use tracked shipping and provide the carrier and tracking number. Production begins only after your items are received and accepted, full payment is received, and any required design is approved.
