Shipping and pickup

Customers pay shipping on all orders. There is no automatic free shipping.

Shipping estimates and approval

Domestic checkout charges of $8 for standard shipping and $29 for express shipping are estimates toward the final shipping cost, not guaranteed flat rates. We confirm the cost based on the order, packaging, weight, destination and selected service before production. Any additional charge requires your approval and is invoiced separately. Shipping payments already collected are credited toward the final shipping total. If the final cost is lower, the shipping overpayment is refunded. Shipping must be paid in full before dispatch. Contact us for a shipping quote before booking if you need the total cost confirmed first.

Production and transit are separate

Standard domestic transit is estimated at 3–5 business days after your finished order is handed to the carrier. This does not include custom production time. Production begins after required details, design approval and full product payment are received, as described in our Order Policies. Express and overnight services are subject to carrier availability and a confirmed quote; expedited shipping does not speed up production. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

International orders

International shipping is available by individual quote. Before placing an international order or paying a deposit, use our website’s Request a Quote form. Include your items, quantities, event date, destination country and postal code. We will confirm shipping availability and provide an estimate; final postage is confirmed using the packed order’s size and weight. Any adjustment requires your approval. International orders are arranged through a custom online invoice after the quote is approved; automatic international checkout rates are not offered. The domestic $8 and $29 estimates do not apply. Shipping must be paid in full before dispatch. Transit estimates are provided with the quote; customs clearance may affect delivery.

Tracking and pickup

Tracking is provided when your order ships. Local pickup is available by arrangement; wait for your ready-for-pickup notification before collecting your order. See our Order Policies for pickup, storage and issue-reporting terms.
