Every Creative Customs order is personalized. Custom orders are final sale. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

Errors and order issues

If Creative Customs makes an error, contact us so we can resolve it, including a refund when appropriate.

Store credit

Store credit may be offered by agreement with the customer. Store credit is a balance for a future purchase from Creative Customs; it is not a refund to the original payment method.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
