Enter the date you need to receive your items. Event date and needed-by date can be different. A date is confirmed only after Creative Customs accepts your order. One rescheduling request is allowed, subject to availability and approval.

Payment: Pay a 50% non-refundable deposit to book, or pay in full upfront. The remaining 50% is due within 3 calendar days once Creative Customs and the customer approve the custom design. All payments must be made through our website. Production and processing time start only after full payment is made, all required details and items are received, and any needed design approval is complete. Late payment may delay your completion date.
Design approval: Custom faces, names, birthdays and other personalized design details require approval. Character and hand-painted outfits do not need preview approval—send your ideas and Creative Customs will handle the rest.

Pickup: Pick up on your agreed date. A $5 daily storage fee starts on the fourth day after that date unless we approve another arrangement. For example, a Monday pickup starts storage fees on Friday. All fees must be paid before pickup.

- 5 package — $110: 5 foam cups, 5 clear cups, 5 shot glasses, 5 mini bottles, 5 fans, 3 lighters and 1 ice bucket.
- 8 package — $150: 8 foam cups, 8 clear cups, 8 shot glasses, 8 mini bottles, 8 fans, 4 lighters and 1 ice bucket.
- 10 package — $190: 10 foam cups, 10 clear cups, 10 shot glasses, 10 mini bottles, 5 fans, 5 lighters and 1 ice bucket.
- 15 package — $275: 15 foam cups, 15 clear cups, 15 shot glasses, 15 mini bottles, 10 fans, 10 lighters and 1 ice bucket.
- 20 package — $350: 20 foam cups, 20 clear cups, 20 shot glasses, 20 mini bottles, 15 fans, 15 lighters and 1 ice bucket.
- 50 package — $595: 50 foam cups, 50 clear cups, 50 shot glasses, 50 mini bottles, 30 fans, 30 lighters and 1 ice bucket.
Processing time: 7–10 business days after full payment, required design approval or confirmed order details, and any customer-supplied items are received. Rush requests: $60, subject to availability.
Booking: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required. After you receive and approve your design preview, the remaining 50% balance must be paid through the website within 3 calendar days of your approval. Physical production begins only after full payment and any required design approval. For orders without a proof, the balance is due after order details are confirmed and before production. Payment received after the 3-day deadline may delay your requested completion date; Creative Customs will confirm a revised date based on availability. You may pay in full upfront. Pickup is available by arrangement. Domestic checkout shipping charges ($8 standard / $29 express) are estimates toward the final shipping cost. Any additional shipping cost requires your approval before production and is invoiced separately; amounts collected are credited toward the final total. Any shipping overpayment is refunded. International shipping is quoted individually. Shipping must be paid in full before dispatch. Standard domestic transit is estimated at 3–5 business days after production and handoff to the carrier.
